I have a very sleepy kitty in my arms right now making it tres difficile to type anything comprehensible. She likes to sprawl across both arms and body leaving little to tap keys with.
Ok, she’s jumped so I can quickly continue before she finds her way back up here.
Today was a wonderful day as all are. Ben and I have taken our pastor up on his challenge to all study the same section of Scripture every day. So far we are in Genesis and it has made us once again marvel at the creation surrounding us, as well as our own intricate bodies formed to perfection. What an awesome God we serve. It also stood out to me God’s mercy right after Adam and Eve sinned. Before he sent them out of the garden he made tunics for them, he clothed them, covered their nakedness, hiding their shame. His heart was already broken and longing for the intimate relationship He had with them. I love Him.
I also love him, Ben. He had some great news today for his music and was all smiles. He even entertained me with some silly dances to his songs that kept me giggling as I finished the dishes. 🙂 I could blog all day about how happy he makes me and how proud I am of him.
Along with the Lord’s mercy that has kept my attention today our baseball team has once again won by mercy-ing! Woo!
God is incredible, the weather is beautiful, my husband is wonderful. I am blessed.
This blog today is dedicated to Jenny Hemphill who died this weekend after battling ovarian cancer for years. She was a rockin’ lady who laughed contagiously and loved courageously. I will always remember your sense of humour, your shining eyes and smiley face nose ring 🙂
